- 3 Large onions sliced
- 1 Deep Dish Pie Shell
- 3 Tablespoons Margarine
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. Heavy cream
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. 3 blend shredded cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- salt and pepper to taste
Saute the sliced onions and bell pepper in the margarine until tender. In a bowl beat the eggs,cream,milk and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the onions and peppers in the uncooked pie shell. Pour the egg mixture over the onions and peppers. Top with the cheese and bake in oven at
350 for 25minutes or until golden brown. And enjoy.
This recipe is fast and very good.
