1 pkg. dry onion soup mix1 c. shredded pepper jack cheese
2 (7oz.) cans salmon
1 c. milk
seasonings of choice (basil,oregano,rosemary, parsley, garlic.) I use all of these.
Spray an 8-inch pie plate with pam. Sprinkle cheese and dry soup mix on bottom. Drain salmon and spread over cheese and dry soup. Mix eggs and milk, pour over all. Cover evenly over all with the seasonings you desire. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45-50 mins or until set. Contributed by pcurrah, email@example.com
