2 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. milk
3 Tbsp. bourbon
1 Pkg. - 15.4 ounces chocolate fudge frosting mix
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
Line bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches, with aluminum foil, leaving 1 inch of foil at each end. Heat butter in milk over low heat in 2 quart sauce pan until butter melts and mixture just begins to bubble. Remove from heat; stir in bourbon and frosting mix (dry).
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly ,dth rubber scraper, until smooth and glossy, 1 to 2 minutes. Do not overcook. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Let stand until firm. Lift foil and fudge out of pan; cut fudge in squares.
