|You will need:
Soften cream cheese by setting out at room temperature, add clams, clam juice, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Mix by hand until blended or use food processor. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
- 2-8 oz. cream cheese packages
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 1/2 cans clam juice (reserved)
- 1 capful lemon juice
- Garlic salt to taste
