| Great crock pot recipe for busy people!
In a crockpot, put the roast in, add onion and pepperocinis with juice (use as much or as little depending on the desired heat level) I use 1/2 a jar. (Make sure to use the peppers and the juice) Sprinkle packet of italian dressing over top and add beer. Cook in crockpot all day until meat is tender.
Remove roast and shred with a fork. Return to crockpot. Serve on a good crusty roll with mayonaise.
- 3-4 lb beef roast (any cut)
- 1 medium sliced onion
- jar of pepperocinis
- 1 pkg good seasonings italian dressing
- 1 can beer
*Note- I usually pick out the stems of the pepperocinis before serving!
