Crush cheese crackers with a rolling pin in the plastic bag, or use a blender or food processor. Mix eg and milk and beat with fork. Dip each breast in the milk mixture, then roll it in the cracker crumbs. Place all breasts in a casserole dish covered tightly with foil and bake in preheated oven
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 box cheesits
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1 egg
