Brown chicken in a little oil; simmer in taco sauce and water. Refrigerate overnight in casserole dish. Add the cheese and bake at 375 degrees until chicken is tender.
- 1 whole chicken cut and skinned
- 1 small jar taco sauce + 1\2 jar of water
- 1 1\2 cups of cheddar cheese
