Ingredients:
- 1 lg. Can pumpkin
- 1 qt. Coffee creamer
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar or equal amount of sweet and low
- 1 cup rum or 2 teaspoons rum extract
- Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, ground cloves to taste.
Mix the above in a blender,chill thoroughly before
serving. Serve in chilled bowls topped with a whipped cream product or for
a festive occasion, serve in a punch bowl with a seperate bowl of whipped
cream for garnish.
