| A quick and easy (and delicious) appetizer to serve your
guests.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 lb frozen shrimp
- Lg jar cocktail sauce
- Assortment of crackers
Spread cream cheese into a low mound in the center of
a plate. Mix together shrimp and cocktail sauce. Pour mixture over the
cream cheese. Spread crackers around the edge of the plate, or on a separate
platter. Provide your guests with small knives to scoop with. |
