Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup nuts
Cream together eggs and oil. Mix dry ingredients and add to cream mixture,
add vanilla and zucchinni, nuts.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
