Combine honey, mustard and hot sauce in a large, non-reactive bowl.
Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting while cooking (refrigerate
it)
Add chicken, toss to combine and refrigerate several hours or over
night.
Lightly oil grill.
Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked through (10 - 15 minutes
per side). Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. (Don't baste with
marinade that the chicken was in. You may reintroduce bacteria that
doesn't get fully cooked.)
