Hot Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • oil for the grill
Method:
  • Combine honey, mustard and hot sauce in a large, non-reactive bowl. Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting while cooking (refrigerate it)
  • Add chicken, toss to combine and refrigerate several hours or over night.
  • Lightly oil grill.
  • Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked through (10 - 15 minutes per side). Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. (Don't baste with marinade that the chicken was in. You may reintroduce bacteria that doesn't get fully cooked.)
