Marinated Salad
|
Ingredients:
- 1 large stalk broccoli
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups buttom mushrooms
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 large bottle Italian style vinegrette salad dressing
Method:
- Wash all vegetables.
- Break broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
- Thickly slice celery.
- Trim mushrooms.
- Seed peppers and cut into chunks
- Combine all vegetables with the dressing in a large non-reactive bowl.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
