Use store-bought noise makers to liven up your party
 Gold and Silver Noisemakers
You'll need:
- musical instrument shaped noise makers from the party section of your local toy store (you'll probably find harmonicas, trumpets, other horns and flute-like whistles)
- gold and silver spray paint
- gold and silver ribbon
Lightly spray the noisemakers with spray paint - if you spray too heavily you may clog up the noisemakers.
Finish the noisemakers by tying with contrasting gold or silver ribbons.
Bells
Purchase an assortment of bells to ring in the New Year. You can give each guest his or her own bell to take home as a memento.
