You'll need both halves of the walnut shell to make a flamingo. Trace the
shape of one half of the shell onto cardstock. Continue into the shape of
a flamingo and cut it out, trimming a bit extra from the body edges so the
card stock doesn't protrude from the nut edges.
Rasp off a little of the shell's inside edge where the legs will come
out so the shell halves will still fit flat together. Bend a piece of
stiff wire into a narrow V and glue to card stock body. Then glue shell
halves together with card stock body and legs in between. When the glue
