Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken, cut into cubes
- 15-20 Wheat Thin crackers (or any spiced cracker, saltines will NOT
do!), crushed
- Dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Head of Lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 1 C grated mild cheddar cheese
- Poppy seed dressing
Combine pepper and wheat thins. Roll chicken in mixture, cook in oil
on top of stove at medium heat... brown all sides and heat to complete
cooking. Spread lettuce on plate, arrange tomato slices and top with cheese...add
chicken and top with poppy seed dressing.....enjoy!!!!
